Mediterranean herbs flavoured sea salt

x4 jar of 100g 15 min easy

Ingredients

  • coarse iodised sea salt Cuor di Mare to taste
  • thyme
  • oregano
  • rosemary

Method

  1. Mix coarse salt with thyme, oregano and rosemary.
  2. Mince until the mix is very fine.
  3. Lay out the fragrant salt in a tray and let it dry for a day.
  4. Transfer the fragrant salt in small glass jars where it can be stored without expiration.
