Ingredients
- coarse iodised sea salt Cuor di Mare to taste
- thyme
- oregano
- rosemary
Method
- Mix coarse salt with thyme, oregano and rosemary.
- Mince until the mix is very fine.
- Lay out the fragrant salt in a tray and let it dry for a day.
- Transfer the fragrant salt in small glass jars where it can be stored without expiration.
