Ingredients
- 600 g octopus
- 400 g onions
- 600 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 glass of white wine
- salt and pepper to taste
- basil leaves
- fine iodised salt Cuor di Mare
Method
- Clean and wash the octopus and dice it.
- In a saucepan, sauté the onion and the cherry tomatoes. Then add the octopus on them.
- Cover with more onions, add salt and pepper, and cook over low heat.
- Deglaze with wine and cook until the sauce has reduced.
- Serve hot with fresh basil.
- Try it also with spaghetti!
